LOUISE MOORE

Solicitor

Louise is a general legal practitioner. However, since 2022 her main focus has been in the practice area of estate administration and probate. Louise has vast experience in all aspects of rural property law practice and succession law (both planning and administration). Louise also has experience in the local court and in equity and mining jurisdictions.

Louise holds a Diploma of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1998. For the 12 years prior to her admission, Louise worked as a law clerk for GP Evans & Englert in the same Bathurst Street, Condobolin premises from which Moore & Co Solicitors (established by Lindsay Moore in 2002) now practices.

Louise became principal of Moore & Co Solicitors in January 2016, just prior to the untimely death of Lindsay Moore. In 2022 Louise commenced her transition to retirement and transferred ownership of the Practice to Helen’s company.  Louise is an invaluable member of the Moore & Co team and practices as a consultant.

HELEN QUADE

Solicitor

Helen’s passion for people and community informs every aspect of her rural practice. With a focus on rural succession and estate planning, property transactions and renewable energy projects, Helen’s farming background and varied legal experience means she is well placed to identify issues associated with rural transactions and faced by rural families.

Helen holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce from the University of Otago in New Zealand.  Since qualifying in 2000, Helen has practiced in Queenstown, London and Sydney and has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in the High Court of New Zealand, the Supreme Court of England and Wales and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Helen and her husband Graham (a Trundle local) moved to Trundle to farm near Fifield in 2010.  Helen resurrected her legal career at Moore & Co in October 2017 and took over the Moore & Co practice from Louise in 2022.  Helen has 3 children, two dogs, a severely neglected garden and a deep love of talking about tax!
